A short video featuring some of the natural beauty of The Natural State, especially the wetlands and waterways. Shot with a Canon XH A1, edited with Final Cut Pro, color correction also with FCP.

Having recently enjoyed a visit to an exhibition of the Impressionists at the Kimbell Art Museum in Fort Worth I was interested in exploring color and reflection in the spirit of Monet and Renoir. The opening clip and several subsequent clips attempt to capture some of that colorful exuberance. That also helps account for the recurring incidence of Water Lilies in the video!

Locations were Felsenthall Wildlife Refuge and Calion Lake, both in Union County Arkansas.
