The primary sightseeing of the village is its romanesque church from the Árpád age. In the 11. c. it was founded by local landowner family for the provostry of priests. However, the rich carved stones refer to royal level donator of the ancient ramonesque church.

The building of the church was began by the western tower. According to the wall carved stones, it was originally planned to stand alone, with outer walls on its 3 sides. Later the facade surrounded 3 walls of this tower and the main western facade exhibits the rich sculptural and architectural details.

On the basis of the 3/4 circle of the eastern apsis it cab be suggested that a rotunda stand once at the other side of the recent church. Great number of Hungarian churches exhibit this structure: rotunda serves as the main apsis of the later romanesque church. This hypothesis is comfirmed that a cemetery surrounded the church in old times.
