That was very well done Steve. There was a lot of interesting "B" roll that made the whole thing interesting as well as informative.

The head shot part was wrongly composed in that you cut her off at the neck. I would have either pulled back to include her shoulders or composed it such that the top of her head is cut off (which is also considered "acceptable").

That beeping was getting on my nerves :).
